01 / Load the right authority

Name the Task Before Loading Context

The right context depends on the decision in front of the agent; “use everything” without a task boundary creates noise, contradictions, and accidental scope.

Technical diagram for Name the Task Before Loading Context.

Failure mode

The agent acts from stale memory, loads unrelated guidance, assumes a source exists, silently resolves contradictory instructions, applies a reference brand literally, or declares completion from one narrow check.

Applied correction

Write the requested outcome, affected surface, allowed actions, and evidence of completion in four lines before loading guide material.

Field test

Can the agent state the user, outcome, allowed scope, and next useful action before choosing references? Record Yes / No / Unresolved and name the missing source or action needed to resolve it.

Ask your agent

Restate the task as: user/outcome, affected files or surfaces, allowed actions, closed gates, and evidence required. Do not load broad reference material until the task boundary is explicit.

Use Morten A. Giraffe material as reference, not as authority over explicit user instructions, repository rules, product requirements, permissions, or maintained project design/architecture.

Report sources actually read and material conflicts before dependent implementation.
