Privacy Policy

Information collected

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and never sells data. It sets one functional cookie for the footer visitor counter (described below). A few limited categories of information may be processed:

• Aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics (page views and referrers) used to understand which work resonates. This does not identify you individually.
• Custom interaction events such as CTA clicks, form status, or case-study clicks. These events do not include submitted names, emails, URLs, project descriptions, or notes.
• An anonymous visit tally shown in the footer — a single running number with no personal data attached (see “Visitor counter” below).
• Anything you choose to share when you email or message directly — such as your name, company, and project details.

Visitor counter

The footer shows an approximate count of how many browsers have visited this site. It is a single running total stored as one number in a Redis database; a genuinely new visit simply adds one to that number. To avoid counting the same browser repeatedly, a single functional cookie named mag_visitor_seen is set. It is HttpOnly, holds only the value 1, and stores no name, email, IP address, location, or cross-site or advertising identifier — it is not used for tracking or profiling. The count is decorative and approximate; clearing cookies or switching browsers may count you again.

How it is used

Information you send by email is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver a potential project. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

Aggregate analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics, which is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cross-site tracking cookies or store personal identifiers. Custom event names are used to understand major interactions, but form field values are not sent as analytics properties.

Third-party links

The work shown here links to live client and concept sites hosted elsewhere. The Book a Call path links to Cal.com for scheduling. Those external sites and services have their own privacy practices, which are outside the control of this portfolio.
